Latest Updates on Shipping Methods - "AIRMAIL" Discontinued, "EMS to the U.S." Temporarily Suspended, and "ECMS" Now Available
＜Current Shipping Service Status＞
■Implementation of the "ECMS" shipping method
In certain countries, "ECMS" is now available as a new shipping method.
The two main benefits are as follows:
1. Shipping fees are cheaper than "DHL"
2. Customs duties are prepaid (paid along with shipping fees)

Taiwan, Thailand, The Philippines, The United States, Vietnam
■"AIRMAIL" Discontinued
The affordable "AIRMAIL" shipping method has been discontinued as of the end of December 2025. Consequently, we are unable to ship orders where "AIRMAIL" was selected. Customers must now change their shipping method to "EMS" or "DHL".
■"EMS" to the United States Currently Suspended
Following the suspension of the de minimis exemptions, the United States Postal Service has suspended acceptance of "EMS" shipments since the end of August 2025. Therefore, items for "EMS" orders destined for the United States remain stored at our warehouse. As of February 2026, there is still no announcement regarding when service is expected to resume.
＜Procedure for Changing the "AIRMAIL" Shipping Method＞
【1】Customer Support will email you regarding the arrival of your order at our warehouse and the shipping method change. (CS → Customer)
【2】Please contact Customer Support with your order number requiring a shipping method change. (Customer → CS)
【3】We will inform you of the additional shipping fee required for changing to "EMS" or "DHL" and the payment method. (CS → Customer)
【4】Purchase the specified additional shipping fee required for your desired shipping method. (Customer)
【5】Notify us of the order number for which you purchased the additional shipping fee. (Customer → CS)
【6】After confirmation, we will ship the items using the specified shipping method.

※For US destinations, if "EMS" is selected, shipment will occur after "EMS" resumes. If you require immediate shipment, please select "ECMS" or "DHL". Please note, however, that additional shipping charges may apply.
