I usually share the latest VRChat trends on the GeekJack VR blog, but today I wanted to ask you all something—so I decided to write this post!

Before that, let me quickly share my own avatar journey!

The very first avatar I used was “Kikyo.” When I had just started VRChat, a more experienced user told me: “You should pick an avatar with a lot of outfit support—it makes customization much easier!” That’s how I chose her. A classic beginner experience, right?

Next, I got “Shinano,” created by the same artist as Kikyo. She also had a wide variety of compatible outfits, so I could easily find pieces that matched my customization ideas and really enjoy modifying her!

After that, I gradually grew my collection with avatars like “Sio,” “Haolan,” and “Miltina.” And most recently, I added “Liloumois” to my lineup!

Usually, when I choose an avatar, I start with a clear customization concept in mind. But this time was a bit different…

The moment I saw Liloumois, I instantly thought, “I want this one!” It was a total impulse purchase—very rare for me! lol

That said… I’m actually struggling a bit right now. Because I fell in love with Liloumois at first sight, I really want to customize her perfectly… but I haven’t found the right outfit yet that truly clicks.
