Notice of Temporary Suspension of Prepaid Customs Duty Service for the United States of America

For GeekJack customers residing in the U.S.

We truly appreciate your continued support for GeekJack.

Due to new U.S. tariff rules that went into effect on May 2, 2025, orders containing products from China will be subject to a higher duty rate of over 100% on shipments for the United States.

These tariff measures are subject to change in a short period of time due to international conditions, etc., and it is quite possible that a different tariff rate from the current one will be applied when your order is shipped.

In order to avoid any inconvenience to our customers, GeekJack has decided to temporarily suspend the pre-payment service of customs duties on orders to the United States.

This announcement applies only to orders being shipped to the United States.
Regardless of the shipping method you choose, including DHL, the service for pre-paying customs duties for US-bound orders is no longer available.

Furthermore, as previously informed, we will temporarily put orders containing products from China on hold and make arrangements for shipment upon your request.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying any customs duties on each order at the time of pickup, according to the customs rules in effect when you receive the package.

We will continue to make every effort to provide up-to-date information so that our customers can use our services with peace of mind.
