This is a shadow artifact caused by light baking on the door.
In principle, movable objects are usually not baked with lighting. However, due to the nature of doors, not baking them would result in issues such as color differences between the exterior and interior, or inconsistencies with surrounding elements. For this reason, this issue cannot be avoided.
