This is Iwan Shinkoku (異腕神哭) Graspless, the second entry in the Shinkoku series.
It was created for the 2025 Summer Vket.

A girl bound by restraints—
From her sealed body, unnatural arms emerge.
These arms belong to the same Shinkoku series as the upcoming “The twisted one” (異形の者).
Since this model is meant to be used with no visible arms, please use AAORemoveMesh to hide the avatar’s original arms.
While designed to pair with Yui Shinkoku (幽衣神哭) Grievell from the same series, it can also be used with ordinary avatars depending on your setup.
