Geek Jack Shipping Guide – Part 1: EMS

Geek Jack currently offers three shipping methods: EMS, DHL, and ECMS. Each of these shipping methods has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the options available may vary by country or region. However, to help you better understand our shipping options and choose the one that best suits your needs, we’d like to provide a brief overview of Geek Jack’s shipping methods in this newsletter.

The theme of the first session is “EMS (=Standard Shipping)”.

📰EMS Shipments to the United States (Current Status)📰
Japan Post resumed EMS shipments to the United States on April 14, subject to advance customs duty payment via a designated application. However, Geek Jack currently does not support EMS shipping to the U.S.

When using that app, the process involves numerous complex steps required before shipment—such as "Declaring shipment contents", "Uploading item photos", "Verifying and correcting item details", "Paying customs duties", and "Generating shipping labels"—making it difficult for the Geek Jack distribution center to handle these tasks.

We sincerely hope that new measures will be implemented soon so that we can resume EMS shipments to the United States.
