Handling of Orders Delivered to the United States
Under new U.S. tariff rules that went into effect on May 2, 2025, orders containing products from China are subject to a higher tariff rate of over 100% on shipments to the U.S.
Therefore, Geek Jack is currently implementing the following measures to prioritize customer convenience.
【1】 Temporarily suspend shipments to the U.S. for orders including products made in China.
*No storage fees or other charges will be incurred.
*Orders not containing Chinese products will be shipped as usual.
【2】 Temporarily suspend the pre-payment service of customs duties on orders to the U.S.
*This service is not available for any shipping method.

Q: Do we need to contact you to put a hold on my shipment?
A: No need to contact us as it is automatically placed on hold. Only if you want your order to be shipped as usual, please email our customer support (cs@geekjack.net) with your order number.

Q: How long will you hold the shipment?
A: At this time, we have not set a deadline for withholding shipments. Since the outlook for future tariffs is unclear, we will inform you when the situation changes.

Q: Can we cancel our order if it’s being held for too long?
A: Product cancellations are not accepted. We will refund shipping charges, but not the price of the product.
