New International Air Packet Service & Important Updates for EU Orders

- A new shipping method, “International Air Packet,” became available on July 30 -

Starting on July 30, 2026, customers in certain countries—including the EU, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China, and others (countries where the currency displayed on Geek Jack is JPY)—can now select the “International Air Packet” offered by Japan Post as a new shipping method.This service is designed for small packages weighing up to 2 kg and offers relatively affordable shipping rates, so we encourage you to give it a try.
　


- Changes and Required Actions Regarding Orders Shipped to the EU -

Effective July 1, 2026, new customs fees have been applied to goods shipped to the EU valued at 150 euros or less. As a result, Geek Jack has made several changes for our EU customers, including shipping methods and customs payment procedures.

[Updates to the EU Customs System]
A new fixed customs fee will apply to purchases totaling less than 150 euros.

[Changes at Geek Jack]
- Product prices will be displayed in “JPY”.
- You can choose from “DHL,” “EMS” or “International Air Packet” as your shipping method. (*Available for selection only if the size and weight meet the shipping requirements.)
- VAT, customs duties, fees, etc., are payable upon “receipt” rather than “at the time of purchase.”

✅ Please pay VAT, customs duties, fees, etc., upon receipt of the merchandise.

*If payment is not made, the package will be returned, resulting in additional redelivery charges.


✅ In the eight countries of Austria, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Belgium, Portugal, and Luxembourg, VAT may be charged in addition to any new customs duties. In such cases, please pay the VAT first, then email our Customer Support　(cs@geekjack.net) with the VAT receipt attached. Once we confirm the duplicate payment, Geek Jack will refund the excess VAT amount.
