Learn how to use the Shipping Status List

You can easily track your purchases with our enhanced feature, from "On Sale" to "Shipped". Follow your items through stages like "In Production", "In Stock", "Ready for Shipping", and more.

■Status Type
[Available now] Products currently on sale. (Pre-order items)
[In production] Products in manufacturing stage. (Pre-order items)
[Inventory sales] Products in stock available for sequential dispatch.
[Preparing for dispatch] Products arriving at our warehouse.
[Dispatching in order] Products being shipped.
[Dispatch completed] Products that have been fully dispatched.

 

You can find the "发货状态一览" at the top or bottom of the page.

1) Search by Product Release Date or Character 

【Release Date】
Specify the year and month you want to search by using the filter. This will display a list of products released in the specific month.

【Character Name】
Specify the affiliation and the character you want to search for using the filter. A list of products for the specified character will be displayed.

2) Check Product Status

Easily check the status of a product by looking at the tag above the product image.
