4 months with no news….

my entire order is held hostage since i bought multiple things in one order and this thing wont get shipped so everything else isnt getting shipped either even tho its stuff thats been out for a while and was in stock with instant delivery when ordered. very disappointed, wish the rest of my order was shipped separately at least if one item has a problem getting shipped…

The worst... I can't believe they're not refunding or delivering

How can a product scheduled to arrive in December still not be here?
Why are you saying a refund is impossible? Did I just donate my money to you?
Is the reason refunds aren't allowed because you can't take a loss, but it's fine if the customer does?
Fine, let's say you have your reasons—but is one email really that hard? Not a single email, just leaving someone waiting—this is fraud.

Never got anything, they did responded to my mail at the very least but their answer was that I should be patient not sure how much patient I should be because I already received other stuff before and after this product got released and a real shame because after this I doubt a lot if its worth it to "save" a couple of bucks for something that I may never get, also not from the US so I dont see why that thing of problems on the US should be affecting me if that is the case here.

Never recieved product and being ignored

I have not received any of the products i purchased from here, i orders 3 boxes and card protectors. I have been trying to email this company for the past month, they are ignoring me.

Never received product, and other orders as well have been unfulfilled well past their release date. All attempts to contact go ignored. Multiple emails and no response.
