Refund Notice for U.S. Orders

Due to the U.S. tariff refund measures, we will refund to customers the duties that have been refunded to us.

[Eligible Orders]
■U.S.-bound orders only
■Duties must have been paid during checkout on GeekJack
■Duties paid upon delivery (e.g. for EMS shipments) are not eligible

[Refund Method]
■Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
■If the original refund cannot be processed (e.g. expired payment method), a GeekJack gift card will be provided instead.

[Notes]
■Customers eligible for a refund will be contacted by our Customer Support team via email once the refund is ready.
■Refunds will be processed in the order that duty refunds are received by us. We kindly ask for your patience until you receive our email.
■If you have any inquiries regarding refunds, such as not having received a refund despite being eligible, please use the dedicated inquiry form (forms.gle/LiHAe64u13sx4i…) and provide your order number and the email address associated with your order.
