To Customers Who Selected “EMS” for Orders Shipped to the EU

Although the EU Duty-Free Exemption for Goods Valued Below EUR 150 was abolished in July 2026, it appears that in some countries, the collection of additional customs duties is not functioning properly, which may prevent your purchased items from clearing customs.

To avoid this issue, Geek Jack has decided on the following policy:

---
For orders shipped to eligible countries (*), we will proceed with shipping orders that are currently on hold once you pay the “total of VAT and the new customs duties” upon receiving your package. *Austria, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal
---

However, if you have “already paid VAT,” we will refund only that amount of VAT. (Since this is a refund for duplicate VAT, you will be required to pay the new customs duties as usual.)

At this time, it appears that postal services in various countries are unable to collect customs duties, so we have decided to implement this procedure. While we could hold shipments until postal services are able to handle this, we have determined that delivering your items as quickly as possible is the best course of action. If you wish to have your shipment held, please contact Customer Service.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
